Even most all "logical" or "bottom line" people hope to find new joy, better organization, and other benefits of the big commitment to buy your house. Often completely over-looked, the appraisal appointment & preparation is key to a high appraisal for your home. You will have a solid file and paperwork showing a clear path toward the sale closing. Peace of mind only comes with this seriously needed service that is often just not delivered.
